Move In/Move Out Cleans – Complete Cleans – Everything is cleaned from top to bottom including walls, light fixtures, baseboards, windows and window ledges. In the kitchen all appliances are cleaned, including the stove, as well as cupboards, pantries, countertops, and sinks. Of course, bathrooms are done top to bottom! Lastly, carpet steam cleaning is available (if requested), and a thorough clean of all floors.
Post Construction/Renovation Cleans – Our main priority for cleaning post-construction is to rid the area of any construction dust, and debris. All surfaces affected by the construction will be tended to and cleaned thoroughly. Including all walls, ledges, baseboards and windows.
Spring/Fall Cleaning – This service is a one time clean and covers your living areas entirely. Walls in bedrooms, living rooms, dining rooms, kitchens, and bathrooms will be cleaned as well as all ledges, and baseboards. Special care and attention is placed on the areas not done regularly. Cupboards and appliances in the kitchen, windows inside and out, and hard to reach places such as light fixtures and high windows and ledges will all be attended to and cleaned thoroughly. Dusting and/or washing of all light fixtures will bring an extra shine to your home. This service is a must for anyone who wants to get ready for a breath of fresh air in spring, or time to tuck everything in place for winter.
